Notice of Topic Exchange Meeting
Subproject Leads:
To ensure the successful implementation of the national key R&D program "Platform for Standardization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Production Technology and Process Control," the lead project unit has decided to convene a progress briefing meeting at Beijing Jingdong Hotel on 2010/6/6. The meeting will focus on clarifying research content and objectives, refining expected deliverables, and communicating Ministry of Science and Technology requirements regarding fund utilization. All sub-project units are requested to prepare accordingly in advance. Details of the meeting are as follows:
1. Meeting Time
Units outside Beijing: check in on the afternoon of 2010/6/5. Units within Beijing may proceed directly to the meeting on the 6th. Meeting time: 6/6, 9:00-18:00.

3. Other Matters
1: Attendees must check in at the venue independently and arrive on time. Attendance is mandatory.
2 will, in principle, cover 1 representative(s) from each participating unit (outside Beijing) for 1 days of accommodation and meals; round-trip travel expenses are to be borne by the participants.
3 Please have all attendees complete the meeting registration form and email it as an attachment to the contact person by 6/3.
