Notice Regarding Advance Payments and Reimbursements for Project Funds
Subproject Leads:
The Ministry of Finance plans to issue the "Notice on Strengthening and Standardizing the Management of Advances and Reimbursements for Major Science and Technology Funds in Non-Military Institutions" soon. To expedite the management of advances and reimbursements for these major funds, the coordinating department will soon conduct a survey on such advances and reimbursements. Please complete the form attached in 2 and submit the Excel electronic version to the following email address by 2010 year 10 month 28:chris-clm@163.comso that the central platform can promptly aggregate and report the data.
Per Ministry of Finance requirements, applications must include copies of original documents and supporting materials such as relevant contracts, invoices, bank settlement proofs, accounting ledgers, etc. The project responsible unit should prepare these materials in advance and submit them upon receiving the formal notification.
