Notice Regarding Submission of Materials for Patent Examination Coordination
Subproject Leads:
For subprojects requiring patent examination coordination, please prepare the required materials according to the notification forwarded by the platform last time and submit them to our platform contact, Chen Liangmian. Our platform will submit these to the Biotechnology Development Center on 1/13. Please ensure that our platform receives the materials in a timely manner.Before 1/13We have received the relevant materials.
Description:
1. Submission Request Form (4 copies) and related attachments (Item ⑦ in the table): Each sub-project must prepare both electronic and hard copies for this platform. The electronic Submission Request Form must be in Word format; electronic attachments should be scanned and saved as images or PDFs. Note: The contact person listed in Column ② refers to the contact for each patent (i.e., the case handler), not the platform's contact. Hard copies of the Submission Request Form must include signatures from all applicants and the official seal of the entity owning the patent. Prepare attachments according to requirements. Specifically, Item ⑦, Row 1 (copies of ID cards) refers to the ID card copies of the legal representative and all patent applicants.
2. For patent applications that have been assigned an application number but not yet published, submit a signed and company-stamped declaration requesting early publication.
3. Submit the electronic version of the "Patent Application for Review Coordination" (Excel format) from each sub-project to this platform. After consolidation, this platform will affix its official seal and submit the documents to the Bio-Development Center to clarify the relationship between each patent and this platform.
