Notice on Drafting and Submitting "Norms, Standards, or Technical Methods"
Project Leads:
Per the "Expected Deliverables and Assessment Indicators" section in each sub-project's "Task Contract," please refer to the attached "Drafting Guidelines for Standards and Technical Methods" to prepare any standards, specifications, or technical methods developed by your sub-projects. Submit these documents to Director Cao Cai's email no later than 2010:10:26 at 16:00.cc@ccd.org.cnFor ongoing or incomplete subprojects, please submit a written report to Director Cao Cai's email by 2010:00 on 10/26, including: (1) progress of the project methodology and technical experimental research; (2) names of proposed standards, specifications, or technical methods, along with their current drafting status and completion level; and (3) the planned submission date.cc@ccd.org.cnto enable Director Cao Cai to organize experts in a planned, phased manner to review and revise the standards and technical methods.
