Notice: Pre-Completion Self-Assessment Review Meeting

Subproject Leads:

To ensure the timely and successful conclusion of the National Key Technology R&D Program "Platform for Traditional Chinese Medicine Production Technology and Process Control Standards," the Platform Office will hold a pre-conclusion self-assessment reporting meeting in Beijing from 2011 to 6, 1/5. Industry experts will be invited to conduct evaluations, and the final funding tranche will be disbursed based on their findings. All sub-projects are requested to prepare accordingly. The meeting details are as follows:

1.Preparation of materials for each sub-project

Each sub-project must align with the research objectives, content, and tasks outlined in the "Task Contract."PowerPointpreparation, and provide a detailed explanation of the assessment criteria, expected outcomes, fund utilization, and existing issues. The reporting time is1 0 min。

II.Conference Arrangements

1. Meeting Schedule: Representatives from non-local units should check in on the afternoon of 2011/1/4; representatives from local units may proceed directly to the meeting before 9 o'clock on 5.1/5 9:00-18:00 AM。

2. Meeting Location:Beijing JD Hotel(Address: 1 Haidai Cang, Dongzhimen Inner Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. Phone: 010-66739772).

3. Attendees: Experts invited by the platform and leads or key technical personnel from each sub-project. Each sub-project may send 1 to 2 representatives.

3.Meeting Agenda:

1. Each sub-project will deliver a pre-report in PPT format for 1 minutes, followed by expert review.

2. The platform will discuss, summarize, and provide recommendations for revision and improvement regarding issues identified in each sub-project.

3. Free exchange and discussion among sub-projects.

IV.Other Matters

1. All sub-projects must submit a report. If special circumstances arise, please explain them to Prof. Wang Zhimin.

2. Due to the large number of participating units, no station pick-up will be arranged. Please have each project lead proceed directly to the venue for registration and attend on time.

3. The conference covers accommodation for 1-2 representatives per sub-project over 2 days. Travel expenses are to be covered by the participants themselves.
